You mean character power and not PC power I assume?

Yeah there's all kinds of glitchiness in the power computations. You add chip embeds or swap around equipment or add runes or swap them around and it all changes radically sometimes. Makes me wonder if they have a refresh and computational bug on power. It's probably a good idea to every now and then take all equipment off (if you have the inventory slots) and re-equip it all to force the silly software to re-compute it all top-to-bottom.

It seems part of the "magic" and "charm" of the game is discovering these bugs-as-features and being the first in your realm to figure out how to work around their bugs to get the upper hand on the clueless that don't even notice these things going on all the time...
