Error #2032/Error #2048

For roughly the last week, I've been almost utterly unable to play Tynon. I can usually poke around at a few things, manipulate my inventory, collect credits, make guild contributions, improve talents or equipment, and other small things of that nature. The moment I try to, say, fight in the arena, or tackle something in the Heroic Realm, or set foot in the labyrinth, I get an error message and a loading bar that won't budge.

Sometimes, the game freezes. Sometimes I can refresh, and the game registers that I've done whatever it is that I was trying to do. I just lost a labyrinth attempt because it froze on me the first time I stepped on a tile.

What the hell is going on? I was fine just over a week ago, and I haven't made any changes to my system - so I strongly doubt it's on my end.

FYI, I'm using Chrome (on a Chromebook), and I've already emptied my cache. Several times.

You should report this to billing support

Also just to be sure

Have you tried a different computer. If you do that first and have the same issue then report to billing support, you can hopefully verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that the issue is on your end. And get them to look on their end as a first step not a 2nd or 3rd step

Huh, didn't think to do that. Tried my fiancee's laptop and yeah, it's related to my Chromebook. Dunno how, though.

i would try an update on the chrome book of chrome itself
try installing opera or firefox and see if it works in those browsers
clear cookies as well
Also try updating flash
and disabling the built in flash native to chrome and enabling the actual flash player

Chrome tends to have a lot of extensions that run in the background. Might be worth checking since they can cause conflicts.
