Specifically, the chance of relic drops.
I've had redundant plan drops from the Reanimated for over a month now.
I'm level 74 with three apprentice relics.
I'm nearly to the point of quitting the game for this reason alone.
It is the single-most limiting design flaw.
You can blindly defend it as a game of chance, but the HR reward mechanism is a complete failure.
Solutions suggested in other threads include...
A. One boss that only drops relics, possibly with increasing difficulty via large power increases at each star level.
(I personally believe Tynon development team would never compromise this much)
B. A second boss that drops relics, effectively doubling players' daily chances of acquiring an essential article without spending 200 gems.
(I would rather have the option to pay 200 gems to retain hope-bringer's relic plans after one use.)
C. Once a player acquires a next-level plan, they receive a complimentary previous level plan for the elusive hope-bringer's relic, in my case.
(Maybe just the option of a gem surcharge to bypass crafting the equipment from a previous level plan).

Please, fix it?
The 2nd boss for relics would be easier to implement. Farming for cloak plans took a while but was tolerable since I felt I had a reasonable chance (a real 20% chance would be ok, as it should be worked on as you start the next set.) Theoretically, the drop rate should be around 15%, but a lot of people observe between 11% and as low a 4% suggesting its rigged a little. If numbers could be set so at worst you get one every week people would tolerate it
