Guild mail

when i delete guild mail it just keeps coming back after refresh its a bug
im host of the guild its guild mail won't stay gone none of my guild members are not having this trouble its guild mail i sent wont stay gone but when one of my vice host's send guild mail it goes when i delete it but not guild mail i send wont stay gone for me it has the saying it over and over my guild mail...
thank you for any help you can give

its been about 2 mouths now still no word whats going on...but they looking into it that was 2 - 3 mouths ago now..i let support know
