Still having the same issue on server 17 too. It is annoying, but not a game stopper. Personally, I think the disappearing items, unuseable portal, broken quests and lost gems and plans bugs need more attention than this one does. Be patient and I am sure they will try to get it fixed. May take YEARS for them to fix all the bugs, but I am sure they will work on it eventually. After they get back to work on Monday... lol
