Embeded chip not coming off---?!?

Hi All,

I have a bug in my game.

I have Shayd in my formation, and I've embedded one lvl 4 Amethyst in the first chip mount. But something is wrong with it.

When I click on it in Blacksmith, the normal pop up asking if I want to take the chip off, does not appear. Instead, when I click on the lvl 4 Amethyst, it takes me straight to the buy chips popup.

How can I get this fixed, so that my Amethyst works correctly?

It costs 100 gems i think to remove level 4 pieces. This is another item that needs to be removed from the game.

I just ran into this same issue.

To charge players to remove high level (lv. 4+) gems is ridiculous. Especially since one of the only ways to upgrade to a higher gem level (without paying an arm and leg in gems) is to remove them and place in inventory so that they can be merged.

If this is an oversight, that's one thing. If it's an intentional feature then 1) players need to be informed about it this and 2) a pop-up stating the cost to remove needs to be implemented that could then direct to the gem buying screen.
At the moment, its seems like a glitch or as a scheme for players to invest more money to buy gems.

Do you get the 'buy chips' pop-up or the 'do you want to spend 100 gems to remove' pop-up. You should get the latter.

Not if he doesnt have the gems, then he will be taken to the buy more gem option 1st.

If you don't have 100 gems you get the "add gems" popup.
If you have the gems you will get neither, no popup at all, just an instant -100 gems on your account with no warning whatsoever.

I just lost 100 gems to this, there no information anywhere ingame (atleast not anywhere in the gem interface that i can see and no popup) that indicates that it suddenly costs an absurd 100 gems to remove the embeded lvl 4 gem, it just took the money.

I filed a ticket for this, they better give me back my 100 gems since there was no indication or warning that clicking that lvl 4 gem would cost $10)

Everyone has a warning text box but you only need to check the 'Do not show this warning again' once and you will never get it again. So you clearly marked that checkbox and then closed the warning. After removing it yes it will automatically take the chip out.

What would be good would be an option to re-add all the warnings so you can remove the ones you want at different times.

I never remove the warnings since i wanna be safe against accidently getting charged for something incase of lag and such.
Ontop of that I have never tried to remove a grade 4 gem before so how could i have removed the warning? It just took my money without any word whatsoever.

You only have ever had to click on a level 4/5/6 gem even without the intention of removing it and then clicking the check box. I did it on my arena refresh accidentally. But hey if you have a perfect memory then I guess your in a unique situation which would be unfortunate.

Contact billing with a ticket and they may help you, but its highly unlikely. Just remember you don't have the warning anymore and move on.
