then you just keep him till you have the rep to use him. you get the card and you complain??? what's next, you don't get enough medals/exp/coins etc from the chests? sheesh, be happy you got a hero you can have runes ready for and instantly use when you get the required rep. there are people that had to redeem him with spirits due to not getting him.
