Your statements are not correct.

They have closed the account of a vip 6 or 7 for cheating as reported in the forums. And this player has been on this game since the beta and was ranked number 2 on server 1.
Plenty of low level vip and non vip members have reported in the forums about the wonderful support they have received
Customer support does take a while at times, but they usually do deal with issues.

And while Tynon is in business to make money, they do occasionally take to heart what we post if forums here and make changes to the game which benefit everyone vip and non vip players.
