Bank is losing items and unable to unlock free spaces

Hi, I am having some issues with the bank in my game server "Longbow of Artemis". I seem to randomly loose stars, gems (diamonds, topaz etc), maze tokens, and occasionally some plans. When moving them from inventory to bank or vice-versa. Or i will come back online only to see i may have lost just a few chips, gems, maze tokens, or stars. (Approx: 17 maze tokens, 7 blue stars, various level 1 & 2 gems, lost over the past month) Most recent loss being today, lost 9 Maze Tokens, 3 Stars, 5 Lvl 2 Rubies when moving them from bank.

The other strange thing is the bank itself where it says "x amount of time to unlock for free" is behind the other "locked squares", that can only be unlocked via gems, meaning i can never unlock any bank slots. If i select "unlock for free" slot (once available) it just asks for the amount of gems to unlock it. Now asks for over 80 gems to unlock the free slot. Currently i am keeping all my items minus a few plans in my hero inventory in a hope to avoid further losses.

Also, i am not asking for the lost items back. That would be too hard for me to prove what i had, and lost, and would be easier for me to accept the losses I just wanted to let someone know of this bug or issue, or if it is just my account having problems.

Yes, the database locking is fairly lame. I've seen the bank both lose and create items.
As for the unlock, have you unlocked all the second screen on your hero inventory?
The bank starts after that.

The bank does not unlock for free it slot costs gems
