The event states the REWARDS will be doubled

However this is not the entire story

Not only does the winner get double what they normally would get
the loser loses double what they normally lose

This is unfair to so many people. Then when you combine this with teh new PvP limit, this is really hurting smaller accounts

The rewards SHOULD double. Not the punishment to the loser. The additional reward should just be given without the loser losing more.

If you loot someone double, then that person should lose double.

Simple math.

I'm going to have to agree with Herby on this one, if someone would have hit me this morning they would have looted off of 26mil credits, and make it double rewards I would have lost quite a bit...but if I'm getting double rewards for hitting smaller players, I would expect to be taking double losses on the losing side..

Its suppose to be a reward. How can taking double form someone be fair to anyone.

The loser should lose the 5% as normal and Tynon doubles what the winner gets. Its simple math. The doubling does not have to negatively impact the losing side. It is not implied in the explanation of the event that this would happen. SO for them to just suddenly force people to lose double on Monday's without telling anyone is just wrong.

I figured that it was implied that you would lose double as part of melee Monday. Double the risk, double the reward.

Well they need to clarify it. I can see both sides of this. But the fact that they only advertised one half of it implies the second half should not happen to me.

the way its worded is the same as saying
Buy One Get One Sale
Then when you get there its BUY ONE for Full price GET ANOTHER ONE for Full Price

So basically you want them to produce extra coin and credit rewards for pvp out of thin air.
