And I have gotten this exact form auto-reply response too many times to count matt. It does not mean they are flexible, and may go either direction. I basically means "Go away and stop sending us tickets. We are done here now." At least that's how I interpret it when I get it. Lol

And to make it worse - if you buy a coin chest the brilliant folk at Tynon announce that fact to the whole world so that everyone know just when to attack you using a revenge link to steal the money you just imported into the game. In some places that would be called a mob racket...
