[Bug Report] No longer receiving bonus at zone quest bosses.

On Aug 28th, I was completing the zone quest in Dragons Throat and I got some Lag. No worries, happens all the time.

Unfortunately, when I defeated the boss (fire bringer?) I didn't receive my card or stat reward. The quest was to talk to Jason, so I figured that was why I didn't get the bonus.... nope. Jason only gave me the quest to the next zone and I didn't receive the fan-fair or bonus/card choice at that time either.

A patch had recently been pushed to the server, so I wasn't sure if the zone boss bonus had been removed or not. I opened up a support ticket anyway, they got back to me on Aug 29th and said they would investigate the problem.

Upon completing the next zone quest boss in Congress Hall on Aug 30, no fan-fair again, no stat bonus, no card. On this level this is normal because the next zone is "escape" rather than the end.. But upon escaping, I again didn't receive a stat bonus/ card choice either as I should.

I created another character on another server to try and investigate myself as customer support had not gotten back to me. -- Turns out, on both bosses I should have received a stat bonus (+1 Command, +1 Strength & +1 Command, +1 Intelligence).

So basically, ever since the first glitch, I have continued to be glitched and am unable to receive future quest rewards.


I hope customer support can figure out a way to fix my character. If you get this glitch, hopefully it is before you have invested any money into the game, the only option at the moment is to delete the character and start over.

Edit: Noticed there are a few others in this forum who have this same issue. If there is no way to fix this problem, I believe a free star upgrade on my main character would probably cover the gap for what is missing and all quest stat bonuses in the future. This would be my suggested compensation for the missing rewards and I don't believe it would affect the game too much as I level to 100. Thanks for your time.
