100 Gems disappeared
I refreshed my browser tonight before Lady started and when it reloaded my gems were at 23 (I have since claimed 10 from arena). Before I reloaded I had 123 gems (or somewhere very close to that, the exact qty I am not 100% sure about, but 123 seems right). Is this a bug and they will show back up later, or is there a way to get them reloaded into my account?
I'm sorry this happened for you. Unfortunately, here out on the forums this is far beyond our remit.
You will need to contact CS and start a ticket. Find them at the Tynon homepage by clicking Billing Support or use the link in my sig. Customer Support keep a record of gems purchased and redeemed on your account, so they should have an answer for you.
Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
I had the same thing happen to me. Hopefully a developer is looking into this.
