This is caused by a flash error

There are a few things you can try to help reduce the amount of errors you keep getting.

    • Clear your cache regularly and use a CC cleaner once a week
    • If you are using chrome and also have flash player installed, disable the flash on chrome. The two can conflict sometimes
    • Check you haven't got any useless extensions playing in the background. You should be able to manage browser extensions through the settings on your preferred browser
    • Also it's worth checking you haven't got too many applications running in the background too. Certain program's can cause latency and therefore clashes with flash
    • If you run your laptop all day, it could be overheating. This can put pressure on the CPU. Invest in a laptop fan (they're pretty cheap and can really help) or try turning your PC off every 2 hours
    • Also try different browsers, what works for one might not necessarily work with your PC. Opera, Firefox, Chrome or Comodo Dragon tends to cope better with Tynon

    Hope that helps.

You can of course report the problem to Customer Support. You can find them at the Tynon homepage, clicking Billing Support or use the link in my sig.
