Help!

I am having a problem with my Heaven Tavern. I won a player card. I got the required credits to buy it. It says at this time I still have 30 minutes to buy the card. I went back to my Heaven Tavern and now it is acting as if I didn't select ANY hero at all. There is no glowing around any selection. And it will not let me select my card. It just shows me Hero stats when I click it. The Cerberus event is currently going on in the server. Could this have an effect? Please help. I could really use this player card!! ( Gorn the Maker card)

It will have no affect. Did you Shuffle the cards? And if you did shuffle them and you selected that hero
Then it will let you Recruit the hero.
(REMEMBER it will auto refresh every 2hours)

Maybe you didnt understand the post. After I shuffled and SELECTED the card I began to get the required 1070k credits to buy the card. This took about and hour and a half. I had 30 minutes left on the timer to buy the card. But when I went into the tavern it acted as if NO hero was picked. But there was no shuffle button. Just the refresh button and the timer with 30 minutes still on it. I would call that a bug so I think I am posting in the right section. But thanks for your input. At least someone is reading. Hopefully a Mod or someone sees this.

Did you hit shuffle again by accident? i've done that before :/

Update!! So after the Cerberus event I surpassed the 10,000 reputation mark. I went to accept my new rank, but couldn't. I refreshed my browser. I was able to accept the new rank. I then noticed my credits were down to 177k. I check my hero tab and sure enough now I do have the Hero card. I don't know if the event caused some kind of glitch. We have the stronger events now. Maybe there is/was an issue. In any case, I got my card. I just wanted to post an update to the situation.

I refreshed multiple times during the event. It seemed to have no effect. But after the event was over, one refresh was all it took to clear the problem. I am guessing the event had something to do with it? Anyway, just glad its fixed.
