A guild buddie got a red rune called Synergia, the bonus it gives is 1200 Exp. He said he got it from summoning rune keeper.
It doesn't add power, anyone know what it does and how he got it?

Sounds like it just gives an xp boost to an already existing rune. I would far rather have that 1200xp then another 120xp purple rune.
