    Im hoping it wouldn't come to that, as I enjoy playing this game very much, and have invested a significant amount of money into it.

    But things like this really does make one think otherwise.. if the money and the time and effort are all really worth it?

    It's an online game. If you get happiness and personal satisfaction out of playing it, and gaming is you life, then spending the money may be worth it to some. T others, not so much. Personally, I prefer to have tangible items in hand if I am spending real money on it. Like steaks, sushi/sashimi, lobster tails, electronics, home remodeling supplies, etc. And giving "spare" cash to worthy charities like cancer research, diabetes research, animal rights and rescue foundations, women's and children's shelters, and such. But that's' just how I see it. Whatever makes you feel best, makes you fell best. *shrugs*

    But whether you pay to play or not, are a high coiner or a VIP 1 like me, the constant loading issues, dc's all day long, and other glitches that get worse with each so-called "patch"... it does make you stop and think whether your time is better spent elsewhere. I work from my computer, and own my own business, so I have the luxury of working and playing at the same time. And play to work off stress and have fun, not to be able to tell people that I am a "winner" at a game. *shrugs again* and UCool does not care if non-paying players or low coin players like me stop playing. They will get more paying suckers... I mean players... with each new broken server they open.

    It would seem this is a intentional action would be hard for your level to be reduced on accident,we have seen something like this happen before to a player on our server (specwar) as a punishment. so ask him further details about what his displayed. if you havent received a notification or update from Tynon yet might help you to know whats going on if yours is looking the same way his did.

    If it was intentional, wouldn't or shouldn't they inform the account holder why it was done?

    I'm working with CS on this issue Kyleena. Please try closing all Tynon browsers, clearing your cache, cookies and temporary internet files, then logging back in. Try it again, even if you already tried it, please.

    I'll try it right now Dawn. I'm gonna reboot and use a fresh install of IE for this (I don't use IE for Tynon at all).
