Suspension - Mel/ Kyleena

I 100 percent completely disagree with the fact that Mel/ Kyleena has been banished/ suspended from server 1 and here are my reasons.

1. Tynon is on the hook for any glitches/ issues that are created by the software/ programmers. If there is a glitch or issue, it is on Tynon to locate and find those and if a player benefits from a glitch or issue, then that is the fault of the creator, not the player.

2. Banning 1 person from what is deemed to be "egregious" by the developers of this game is completely bogus. If you used the glitch to get 100 coins or 100000000000000 billion zillion coins... you are in the same category as someone who is exploiting a glitch for personal gains and if that is the case... AND if you are going to ban 1 person... you ban them ALL. Every single person who got a coin should be banned, or you refer back to my first point.


3. This ban affects more than just the player in question. This affects our entire guild. Since this was one of our top 2 players, this changes the entire dynamics of the game for myself and our guild in question. Less safe sails, affects guild warfare etc etc... so before you decide to make this permanent, you need to take all of these factors into consideration.

This is a very one sided argument. Seeing $100 on the floor of a store and no handing it in is the same as a penny? The guild benefitted from glitched power! If someone didnt charge you for item in store n alarm went of you knew about it you stole it. If mel is innocent i hope she comes back. But playing with ucool for so long they don't ban players without hard proof

No it's not a 1 sided argument, if you find 100 dollars on the floor or 1 penny that is considered stealing if you take it and don't hand it in. YOU ARE STILL A THIEF. Maybe in your book it's OK to steal a penny and not 100.00. Also you can't compare STEALING 100.00 to this issue of a glitch in a software. So please don't even try to use the analogy. 1 issue you go to hell for. the other issue you won't.

Not sure exactly how this can be rectified, but there is another issue needing resolution as well.

I don't know that I'd call it stealing from the company, but you are imbalancing the game and your character in your favor to the detriment of other players' experiences. I don't have an opinion as to this person's suspension, but glitching in a digital game is not the same as stealing real world money from someone. Digital glitches can be fixed in nearly all cases with minimal effort. Theft in the real world is an expensive crime to rectify.

idk humanity. 5m coins=$10 850m coins=$1700 and that is just what we know of the random glitch they chose to tell forums about. not including any other glitches she has abused.
and klepto,regardless of the fact that ucool makes games,they are still a Company it can be considered theft in a way,its no different from paying for membership benefits through something online then stopping but still receiving the benefits from exploiting bugs in systems. stealing is still stealing regardless of where and how it occurs.

If you guys would read my original post... I'm not arguing or debating whether or not you or anyone else considers this stealing etc.... I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR OPINION. I see people all the time all day EVERY DAY benefit from glitches......... and they did not get suspended. I DON'T CARE IF YOU GLITCH 100 COINS OR A QUADRILLION, IF YOU BAN SOMEONE FOR ABUSING OR MISUSING OR BENEFITTING OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT........ Disagree with you completely, wholeheartedly..... you can not steal what you have rightfully bought. I am paying for this game to play it and if a glitch is part of what I am paying for then that is NOT stealing.

like i said if she is innocent then i hope she gets everything back in full working order, but ucool would not ban without hard evidence.
