    missing benefits

    I was a vip1 and a level 65 and had the rug pulled out from under me. I was blocked from that game and directed to another edition of the same game and had to start from the beginning once again. I lost the money I put in the first game for vip1 level one and for all the time I spent.
    now I am in another game and getting ripped off once more. I was locked out of a day two award and now I cannot claim it since you say it expired. the day two award stayed locked never opened ... why

    Hi, please make sure that the email you use was the one for your vip1 account. You can also contact the billing support to help retrieve your vip1 account in case it's lost due to the glitches.
