Whispering Woods

I started the game today...got to the Whispering Woods & defeated the abomination in the Dawn Village...except the quest line is still telling me to defeat the abomination & I can't progress as the portal hasn't opened up. Can someone suggest what to do, please? Thanks.

I've submitted a ticket via billing support. hopefully that will progress things?

Day Four & still not fixed. Although apparently they've got my ticket as I got a form letter reply very early yesterday morning. Sigh. At least I've managed to get up to level 31 just hanging out in the Aerie, so I suppose it hasn't been a complete waste of time, although obviously I'd like to actually be able to play the game! Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for technical help tickets to (typically) get resolved?

I am stuck too and i try to put it automatic and nothing... that area of the Abomination have problems.... and in my case too keep asking me to kill the Abomination monster that I all ready killed..
WE NEED HELP!!
