Day Four & still not fixed. Although apparently they've got my ticket as I got a form letter reply very early yesterday morning. Sigh. At least I've managed to get up to level 31 just hanging out in the Aerie, so I suppose it hasn't been a complete waste of time, although obviously I'd like to actually be able to play the game! Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for technical help tickets to (typically) get resolved?
