Lost gems

I had about 130 gems and went on a mission. The game crashed (the ! screen came up) and I refreshed the page. When I reconnected I only had 20 gems! What happened to the others. I am rather miffed to say the least!

OK I am beginning to get slightly angry about all the bugs and issues with gems and errors that this game has. I have had several times that I win items in Boss battles that disappear, I lost spirit plans in the Labyrinth, now I ordered 200 gems last night and they did not post. PayPal paid UCool but no gems. I have emailed twice with supporting pics to show the mishap and no response in over 12 hours. I then go to PayPal and file that I did not receive the gems and now the order shows up as unpaid YET UCool has my $18.40 and I need this corrected asap.

I understand that things go wrong but I also know that poor customer service is not good for business. Please take care of this now
