Spirit plans won i Labyrinth lost

Last night I won a Champions Spirit plans in Labyrinth, after hitting 700 and defeating the 3rd extra boss in Lvl 1 Normal. But as I closed down Labyrinth, the game crashed, and I had to reload.

Problem is, when I checked my inventory after restarting the game, my spirit plans were lost. I tried multiple reloads and reboots, and also started a new game in Labyrinth, but nothing changed. In addition, my score is not listed in the ranks. I don't know if I also lost the other rewards (collected Before the last shuffle), but it seems like the game server decided that the whole Labyrinth run didn't happen.

Thing is, I've lost a couple of things Before, when the game has crashed, but these were less important items. I won the Champions Spirit plans in a "perfect storm", and it will take a long time Before I have a chance to win Another one. Everythings is lined up in preparation for upgrading my next hero straight from Light Bringers to Guardians. Loosing these plans will mess up my game plan for many Days.

I've spent a lot of Money on this game, and every item in my possession that is lost due to game crashes, could be considered as destrution of digital property (at least on a philosophical level). Until they can sort out the stability of the game, I Think Tynon should reimburse players who loose items like this. Either by refunding Money spent on the game, or by giving back lost items (+ appropriate compensation for the inconvenience of having to report the bug etc.)

How can this be fixed?

BTW is this the proper way to report a bug to Tynon? Will Tynon staff reply to me, or is this just a player forum? In the latter case, I guess there is not much anyone can do to fix it....?
