You do know that screaming here may make you "feel better", but will not get the issues sorted out? Right? You know that billing (customer) support does not read the player forums? Right? You do know that being a WEE bit calmer, and inquiring as to the status of the request with billing (customer) support politely,, and not SCREAMING, is likely to get you faster and more satisfying results? Right?
