    You're not getting 1 billion credits. I doubt it ever said it would do so, as neither our dev team nor any other player has reported this. However, we'll keep an eye out for it.

    Its far more likely that you misread it. And you definitely received the correct amount of credits.

    As for the rest, we can't fix in-game issues on the forum. If you have an urgent issue which needs to be corrected, you can contact Billing Support at the link from the homepage and they can look directly at your account. Thanks for playing!

    To say I didn't see what I saw is patronizing! And the attempt to ignore any loss if insulting... who is your senior because I want to see if this is a corporate Culture of Arrogance or is it just you! This is Wrong!

    Does this work to get people to listen to you in real life?

    I can't believe you formally capitalized Culture of Arrogance as if it is some kind of villainous club for dastardly corporate denizens.

    I have worked tech support at the highest level and Culture of Arrogance IS a known issue in service groups everywhere; service, in service of, the client is not in the service of support... if you want people to spend money on your game...

    Villainous! Dastardly? That is allot of drama added to what I say...

    How hard is it to spew policy to assure just workings! Define Patronize and you will see my questions are not answered but deflected. Think don't cheer-lead...
