No battle will load past 23%. They are not working anywhere. I tried in arena, HR so far. I can refresh, and if i win i see the result posted, or the chest item in bank but its not showing the battle and you must refresh every time. Last nite GW was totally bugged back to that time when it lags several rounds, then you get the late banner that GW has started and then you see the movement, and have passed ea other in the meantime.
