Question on Rune levels.

Ok i am sure we need bane 10, adept 10, vitality 10, but do we need advantage, preciseness, infalability at 10 ? i am assuming at they get 100+ its useless to raise them .. am i wrong here?

I say you're wrong because if opponents have higher than +100 runes that advantage,preciseness, and infalability are suppose to counter then you won't do well in fights. Only rune I think you should stop at +100 are the morale runes and then leveling them up last.
