    BUT after re reading it a few times

    so lets see who is paying attention

    Hit rating does affect misses on mages - yes morgan i admit it you were right all along
    nothing else will alter the % of being able to stun
    Break is next to useless on a mage except under a few instances
    Mages can block and counter - our player mages will more then likely counter with a physical attack not their normal magical attack. Although I have seen NPC mages that counter with a physical attack and NPC mages that counter with a magical attack


    Now thats without reading into anything too much imo.

    But dawn your #4 is wide open to interpretation imo. Because I have seen several exceptions to it. All have been in HR or Quest bosses - are there any exceptions that we could encounter this during PvP

    If anyone else thinks im reading into dawns comments more then they are meant or has a different view please say so, this has been the most productive thread in the history of threads
