I agree with Rednaz on the Assistant because I just finished moving from one guild to another and now cannot complete my Daily's because I don't have enough guild contributions to get a map piece and I need a map piece to get a guild contribution. I also cannot participate in Guild War as our guild is not a level 3 guild yet. Since several of the requirements are a timed event and many people can't participate at those set times due to work/sleep/family issues, you should definitely think about reinstating the multiple instances on one of the activities so all can be sure to have the capability of completing their Daily without having to participate in Cerberus/Ba'al or Guild Wars to do so.
As far as the Caribbean Pirates I agree that the smaller players tend to be victimized in this area. How about instead of all players just getting 3 chances to make a successful voyage, why not make it so you have an unlimited number of chances to cross successfully and if you have crossed successfully three times, then you are done. That way the bigger players will eventually get weeded out and the smaller players will still have a chance to cross as long as they keep trying. It also alleviates having to make separate areas based on levels like Rednaz suggested. There are many low-level players with very high power ratings in the game so that would be contraindicated.
