You need to submit a ticket to Tynon billing support about this to get the issue fixed. Go to the Tynon.com home page where you log in anf click the billing support tab. Billing support is customer support for all game issues, not just gem purchase issues. Submit a "request" and leave the first 2 text areas blank. In the main body of text use the format shown here: http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...y-report-a-bug and be prepared to be patient. Billing support is always swapmed with complaints, and I am sure they have to filter through a ton of meaningless requests and demands for compensation before finding a request like yours that is credible and needs their attention. sorry you are having this issue, and I hope they can get it fixed quickly for you.
