    Bugs - Where/how to report?

    Where/how do we report bugs?

Wouldn't it be better if the forums had a topic area for bugs?

Should I post under bug reports, under beta forums, even though the bug did not occur for me in beta?

There is a bug report thread on the forums. Down in the bottom section. But since Dawn is the only Dev I know of who reads the forums, and is likely incredibly busy, posting it here will take lots of time for it to get noticed. Besides, this is a players' forum. And yes, the bug reports is for any server, beta or otherwise. But still won't get the bug fixed.

To properly report bugs and game issues you need to use the Billing Support tab from the Tynon.com main page, where you log in from. Fill out a "request" and leave the first 2 text areas empty. And fill in the main text area using the format shown here: http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...y-report-a-bug . It usually takes days or longer for them ("Stanley") to respond, but you should get an email when they get the ticket and when they send a reply to you on the "check request" on the ticket in billing support.

Hope that helps, and I hope they get your bug fixed quickly.

Bug reports posted in the forums are usually acknowledged better if you follow the bug report format. It makes it much easier for the developers to catalog the problem in their system and start working toward a solution. If you just say, "There's a problem in X." that doesn't help and you probably won't even get a defect logged in their system because you didn't provide them with enough information to track down the problem.
