Never got the $5 pack

I paid the $5 pack through paypal. Paypal shows that i sent ucool the money.. and never got pack.. I bought the pack on day 2 of the server i think.. point is i have been very patient and never recieved pack or VIP status.. Please look into this and id like a compensation if possible due to the fact i have been patient and letting u guys figure ur junk out.. I know betas can be glitchy but id like this to get figured out ASAP.. thanks!
