[BUG REPORT] quest completed but cant proceed

Platform: Laptop and PC

OS: Windows 8 and Windows Vista

Description: I have completed the quest "Defeat The Envoy, LVL 28 quest but the portal doesn't light up and the next quest is not available. I have cleared the cache, cookies and tried on different browsers as well as different computers. I have sent 3 tickets to billing support starting on 9/13/13 with out a response. If I could get some help on this issue, please and thank you.

Summary: I am unable to progress in the game because I can not upgrade my gear due to the land the materials come from are not available yet due to not being able to proceed in the quest line.

Go back to Aerie.

Click on the quest line, you would need to talk to a character in Aerie, i forgot who.

Click on Battle.

Choose the next boss monster in the window.

After being teleported to the new map, click on the new quest.

problem solved, ticket to billing support fixed the issue, nothing i can do in game would have fixed this issue. ty for the info anyways
