I suspect the Mud Giant is currently set at an impossible power level to allow the game to balance out again. Many where collecting their Light Bringers sets before the awards on WBs was nerfed. Now since it's related to Heroic Realm progression, a small temporary road block has been put there for now.
I'm sure Tynon will drop its power sometime.
