That is the understatement of the year....We know Heroic Mud Giant is very tough
Andy, that is correct and the last boss before the 2 billion power ball of mud drops light bringer staffs and swords...that is all that drops for you from Baal or Cerb once you get to that point. I also agree it should be tied to the materials you are able to get due to quest progression, but then again I am almost 83 and still cant beat the lvl 79 boss in quest , not that it matters as I cant get gear plans anyway with that big ball of cruddy mud stuck in there.
