ok i have opened 2 tickets in the last week and both of them have been delated i opened 1 today and yes i was delated but this time i have evidences that i have sent the ticket in today plz tell me if there is any other way to contact them with ya problems plz tell

thx mattp169 so im not the only 1......... and dawnseeker the problem im having is it freezes everytime i try n do cel or baal while boosted 100% using gemz cause trying to boost with credits just dont work they have told me to check my web connection clear cashe but yet i can play other web based games without a glitch

Your first mistake is wasting gems like that. Never do that. *0% with creds is about all anyone does.

When you boost with credits does it do anything at all? Like fail repeatedly?
It does that to all of us. So that isn't a problem. It's coded to do that.
But credits is the way to go. As to the freezing, it may be a flash issue.
Update it and see if that helps.

In the control panel of your PC, look for a Flash Settings icon, Click that and then click advanced. On the top right hand side, you should see a delete Button. This will delete all your stored flash cache... Delete your browsers cache also, as well as all cookies, etc. Try to use Google Chrome or Super Fast Browser if possible, they seem to work the best. After you do that, when boosting, NEVER use only gems to boost. The credit boosting system is meant to fail repeatedly. Most people spend much more than 1000k credits for an 80% boost, and then use 10 gems for the remaining 20% boost, for a full 100% boost. It may seem like a waste of credits, but you should get them back, or close to it. The slight loss is worth it, considering the rep you will gain.
Also, when submitting a ticket, watch for grammer and spelling errors, and be as clear as possible, without using "internet shorthand". They cannot help if they don't understand what your saying. Good luck

i have done all u have said and it still hasnt helped and yes i use google chrome
