the game on server 57 wont finish loading on my laptop Its been 3 hours can u please help

It's a connection problem. Your best bet is to close the browser down, clear the cache and try again.

Often clearing the cache out can solve these little bugs out.

After you flush the browser's cache also flush the Flash cache at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html before you close the browser. After you close the browser use the following two commands on a C prompt window

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

Then start the browser again.

If all else fails, try rebooting your computer. That will regenerate the IP stack.

I use a program call ccleaner (the basic one is free) to clean up the unneeded files from my computer. It works really well.

Andy, followed your tips. Now I at least go from being stuck at 99% to getting to the next screen. However, the next screen is now the create new character screen. Any thoguhts?

Morgan le Fay, I saw your comment in another thread with the "create new character" issue and am on that. Just throwing this out in to Andy in case he has another trick up his sleeve.

I was playing my account on the Jealous of Hera East and it froze and made me leave the page and I tried to get back on and it keeps trying to make me make a new character and I do not feel like making a new character when I lvled my person up very high. Any suggestions or a way to get my character back?

Make sure you are logging on to the same server that your original character was created in. If you do not know the server go to tynon.com (do not use the www. or you will be redirected to a server) and log in there. There will be a list of the servers that you have used. Remember that the one that one that you used last is probably the wrong one, the one that is asking you to create a character.

If you still have a problem after logging in to the correct server, submit a ticket using the Billing Support link in the tynon.com screen.

If you can not figure out what server you were in, post the name of the top Guilds and/or players from the server, if you remember them, and maybe some one will recognize them and tell you what server you were in.
