Bug Report : Autoloot VIP4 not working properly

This morning around 1 am ( i am told by guildies, since there are no time stamps) it was announced in world chat that i had a leader card up for rewards. i have VIP4 which should autoloot (at least everything else does). yet when i woke up there was no leader card in my inventory. I am not sure if it is a bug or you simply have no intention on auto loot working for leader cards. if this is the case perhaps it should be explained within autoloot description. I do not know if other people are having issues with autoloot. to my knowledge this is the only time it has not worked.

Kruize is right. You must be logged on to the game for 'autoloot' to work.

Yes i am 100% sure i was. i went to bed with the game running in training mode and when i woke up for work it was still running with like 200k xp accumulated. it runs 24/7 on my computer at home. i was unaware of the card until someone asked and i looked back to see the post in world chat. but low and behold no card was in my inventory.
