Hey guys how do you disband one of your recruits so you can get someone else? I made a mistake and have 2 of the same time of recruits.

You can have as many Heroes as you want. They make good rune storage when there are some runes that you want to save and not be affected by a Combine All. The restriction is on how many you can have in your formation. Use the Formation Icon on the bottom of the screen to move Heroes in and out of the formation.
