Missing stakes and replaced stakes

1- Why is it that stakes from the Arena are being replaced? I select either large coins or gems to defend and when I come back to the Arena minutes before the time expires to make sure I still have the stakes and notice that they have been replaced by experience, smaller coins, credits or a chest? This happens a lot and its getting real frustrating. No battles have occurred so why is this happening?

2- I see stakes in the arena or see the banner announcing 1K gems up for grabs. When I move up the ranks to try to win the stakes I noticed that the player's rank has been skipped over. Or if its someone near me 2 to 4 players in front of me and I try to fight my way up the rankings the player with the gems has now been skipped over.

Can someone explains these vanishings?

How about how when you do spot gems in arena, you go to hit and if you lose who you see in arena changes and you can not try again. That's a good one!! Then if you hit 1 ahead, sometimes it will reappear.. but you never know. So you can't change form to try again, better get it right the first time. LOL I really don't like the new arena. It's like one of those sliding windows game, moving up and back and forth to change who you see. The changing stakes are often the result of the refresh stakes, you can watch as timer goes to 00:00 they change. So you can have gems there, next time you look they are gone. But nothing you can do because you can't take the one in your bubble til timer runs out.

The issue with stakes disappearing is known to the tech team and they are working on a resolution, but its tough to solve without affecting other aspects of arena. The problem is similar to the sync issue when winnning arena stakes.

In case people do not understand why the Sync problem is tough to fix is because if you loose Sync then the server does not know what happened. If you store the information in a cookie then a savvy player can exploit it by hacking the cookie.

One possible solution is when a Sync problem occurs to store the information encrypted in a cookie. That will make it a lot more difficult (but not impossible) for the cookie to be hacked.
