Was happening to a bunch of people, not myself personally. Makes me very twitchy when messages like that pop up :P
You need to be more specific. The statement you've posted is a bit ambiguous and it means Dawnseeker cannot determine whether the issue is on PayPals side or Tynon's.
Try to post some more details.

There is something wrong with your PayPal account. It will not accept credit cards. The only way to buy Gems is for the buyer to have a PayPal account, log on to it and do a bank transfer. Is this specific enough?
Seems its already been fixed. Sorry for the hiccup, and thanks for reporting it.
When you buy $88.00 (1k) gems, the system gives you a choice of using a credit card or Paypal. I have tried to select the credit card option and bypass paypal all together, but it has never worked, since day one. Any chance of this happening any time soon? The reason I ask is simple. I don't care for paypal, and my bank (AMEX) doesn't either. They charge $1.00 fee per PP transaction. I remember back in the Evony days, you could use paypal or a simple merchant system that accepted credit cards.

If your credit card is like most, they charge something in the range of 3% per overseas transaction.
That's $2.64 for $88.00. $1.00 is actually really reasonable considering PayPal is taking care of the overseas transaction for you through your bank.
I realize it's frustrating the Credit Card option doesn't work, but it'd actually cost you money to use your card instead of PayPal.
