    quest bug

    Server 57, water realm.
    Find the meaning of symbols. Kill Patch.
    Patch is dead. He's lying on the floor in front of the portal. The portal didn't activate.
    There is nothing else to kill. There are no npc's to interact with.
    I visited all the npc quest givers in Aerie.
    Nobody in Aerie knows anything.

    Refreshed. Rebooted. Nada.
    Support ticket filed. Nada as well.
    Anyone have useful ideas?

    Also I am level 31 on this toon and can't unlock the rune slots. It says I must be level 30 to unlock them.
    I have that covered.
