Merging servers is not necessary, and the devs have plenty on their hands to deal with. How about releasing fewer new servers and sending people to some of the already running ones? That should free up some personnel to work on glitches and content.
It is ridiculous that servers with fewer than 50 active players are somehow just as 'full' as servers with several hundred.
Send new players to the slow ones until all the servers are fairly close in activity! Those of us in the wasteland servers are feeling very lonely.
