You not the only one i was 14. 1 mill power now at 13.7 mill power wonder what happend
this has happened to me on more than 3 times now i am getting really P off spending cred's and coins and gems to get stuff to help to build up my power and then some where along the line the stupid game goes out of sync so you refresh the page only to loose some serious power on Sat i lost 163,000 on my power after yet another dam sync error so come on Tynon sort this stuff out never mine creating new servers fix the probs on the ones you all ready have

With today's update it seems that damage calculations have been nerfed a bit.
Or in a sense, are more accurate now, doing the damage listed in hero attributes minus the target's armor ratings.
The less damage could be the cause of all power ratings becoming a bit less both on players and quest enemies.
This has happened to a number of people across our server as well. It was shouted in world chat, which brought attention to the issue because I thought it was just me that randomly dropped appx 250k of power. Turns out it is everyone that we know of, so not sure if there was some stat that got dropped, since lower level players lost around 30-50k and highers anywhere from 100-250k power.
Also, among a number of things this morning I crafted a relic, equipped it, upgraded it...then it disappeared on refresh, along with 2 embedded lvl 2 emeralds. The plan was still there upon refresh, so I crafted then leveled it again. The gems I spent upgrading it and the emeralds, however, were still gone.
Lastly, I had each hero at 6 stars. After receiving a number of stars from guild chests I decided to try or 7.
I got 7 on one hero first try. The 7th star showed up, along with corresponding power boost and decrease in successive chances that always comes along with a successful star upgrade, dropping from 20% at 6 stars to 17% at 7. ((yes, there is a punchline to this)).
I got 7 on my second hero...again first try. Again another star, again a power boost.
I got a 7th star on my third hero. First try.
I got a 7th star on my fourth hero. First try.
I went for my main...fail. I then DC'd and refreshed...
Boom...all my heros were down to 4 stars. All of them.
At the top of my arena and a good VIP6 what did I do? I blew almost 1000 gems to get them back to 6, as I had already lost 250K power for whatever reason, had a hiccup with crafting my relic, and lost an additional 200K power after my stars reduced.
So now I'm wings level, but set back because of this glitch. Obviously, had the first attempt at 7 stars failed I would not have continued with the rest of my heros, thus putting myself in a position to have to spend 800+ gems to get back to where I started.
I am not sure what caused this, and posting here because all my attempts to contact billing support have told me the page is unavailable for appx the last 2 hours.
Seems to be a strange morning around the Tynon world. I don't know what corrective actions are available, but personally I am not spending another cent until I get some kind of answer.

Would you like to explain to me why it is that some of us have lost chunks of Power after your last adjustment to the game??
Do you intend refunding us the gems we PAID for to get there or do we need to see about taking things further on this, as this is growing tiring. The Heaven Tavern is rigged, as are the Credit Boosts, now this??
