Gems in Arena

I had 3 minutes left on my current stakes when the 3 new choices came up. A chest, Credits, and 100 gems. As I sat here waiting for the 3 minutes to pass to click on gems for my next stake they disappeared and credits appeared. I was under the understanding that once the Stake choices appeared they stayed as is, not changed until the timer was up and all 3 changed again. Something seems wrong with this. If Gems appear they should stay in the stake que like everything else. Especially if you are in arena waiting to change stakes. Doesn't seem very fair to put it up and pull it away unless they make it so you can drop current stakes to trade to new one too.

try making screenshots of everything special i make about 50 a day to assure i get what game gives me.. and then send to support i has this but made screen and got my gems back.. without screenshot tynon wont give you gems or anything else you try to get fixed that was lost

Mine just changed AFTER i had selected them, i picked them and came back after 22 min (i start a timer when i select stakes so i can grab em right away) and the 10 gem stake had changed into credits.
