My Blacksmith queues are bugged

Which means that I can upgrade anything I want without a cooldown.

I know, I have to send a report to billing support, but when I click billing support on the homepage I get a white page with the following text:

Cannot connect to database. Check your config.php file.

This means I can't report the bug and that's why you now read this post :-p

Any advice?

it is temporarely its with the new patch i think.. and suppoort is down i get the same text

I had the same thing where I could not even use my second queue and the smaller timers did not use gems but now it is back to normal on the larger ones. Also, I used a hope spirit plans and my spirit went from level 10 to level 0. Way messed up.
