[ERROR CODE 1002] Disconnecting from Server... Lost Coins

I was in the Rune Temple, with 7 million coins, plodding along when i got an Error Box appear with 1002 Disconnecting from Server message. When i came back on and went into the Rune Temple i noticed that i only had 79k coins available. I had lost 5mil coins.

I am in Darkness of Tartarus, Fire Realm.
Character name is Elif, in Hellspawn Guild.

I am having the same issue myself tonight and play in Blaze of Fire Dragon : Log back in and all Runes I had upgraded have gone for ever.

This happens when the number of coins your client think you have is different from the server. There are a number of things that can cause this (Cheat Engine, rapidly clicking on some rewards, etc), but the server number is correct and is not susceptible to these problems. So when it sees a difference there, normally when you're trying to buy something, it disconnects you to resynchronize your client with the server.

I do not cheat. This has happened to me more than once. I sent a ticket and got this same response. I bought that the first time and paid more attention. I have been ripped off two times this week. Once for just over 700K and today for over 6 million. Please stop lying to us and fix this issue. This server sync error is happening a lot to me. In the rune temple and a few times in Banishes. Stop it from happening and give me back my coins.
For the record I am using Google Chrome and my flash cache has been cleared as well as my browser cache. My flash version is the most current one available. With this many people having the same issue here and not having issues on other sites using flash I do not think that is the issue.
It just happened again and the coins amounts were correct going into the temple. I had coins from the last sail of the day and had collected a guild treasure chest with coins in it. I lost coins and runes again. After the last ticket was sent in I got an accounting of the coins coming and going and didn't see any from guild treasure chests. That may be one of the errors sources.

You cant tell me that when my husband enter the temple ran the auto pray button and got the disconnect error code and came back with his coins AND credits missing that that what he was suppose to have? I calling that a bunch of bull.

I agree with kimmikiss - that is a pat answer written by a scripted response. Not everyone on this game cheats - and when you lose 5 million coins as tjcusick did - that is NOT right. Tynon needs to research and FIX THIS PROBLEM - also the Failed to sync with server issue, which I keep getting. And when my PC won't let me play Heroic realm against re-animated - and U keep telling me to clear the cache - as if I hadn't done that already - duhhh. That need to be fixed too.

No one called you a cheater or even addressed you at all. Let's not play the "I'm offended" game at every passing comment. I'm saying that there are a lot of reasons why your client may think you have more coins than you actually do. Some of them can happen normally when you're playing and some can't. I gave an example of each.

I think Dawnseeker was using the Cheat Engine comment as an example, rather than saying anyone was cheating as I don't think any of you were.

However, this has happened to me when I had more coins than I should. One memorable occasion I got extra coins from a card I was trying to sell, but halfway through a Rune Temple run it popped up with the synchronize message, I refreshed and my extra coins had vanished.

I have had the same issue and noticed that what Dawn and Morgan are saying is correct.
Sometimes chests will pay out double, more coins get added then should and it doesn't register right.
It is the same issue with the power displaying incorrectly.
People think they have LOST power, but the truth is that for instance adding a relic, would put it ON TOP of what was already there and thus make it count double.
I have seen relics crafted an add 2 million in power when in fact they were supossed to add 200.000.

Basically at times what you see is there, isn't really there.
Before entering temple or after adding gear it helps to refresh so you will know what you really have.
