I have been having this issue for the last 24 hours.
I get runes upgraded and the power shows no increase.
Sometimes the error 1002 shows and I have to refresh and sometimes, not.
But when I refresh the game and check any runes that have been upgraded have gone back to where they were previously.
I have cleared cache and run CCleaner and still , nothing has helped.
About time to give up on the game soon, I think.
