Unclaimable Guild Warefare rewards

Server 34-Forge of Hephaestus is also seeing this problem. Nobody on either side (winners or losers) can claim Guild Warfare rewards. The envelope shows up on refresh but no reward is granted. The whole reward system for Guild Warfare is essentially broken.

Server 29. Won GW, got a blank window. Reloaded the game and got the properly populated window with rewards but they do not actually accrue to account. Confirmed issue with everyone in guild.

The same thing occurred on server 30 this evening. After our battle in Guild War, none of the participants of Bladestorm received any rewards. The server acknowledged our participation, but no rewards were forthcoming. The same thing happened at the conclusion of my battle with Baal this afternoon. This is not fair. Please look into this matter. These problems occurred on September 24, 2013 between 3:25 and 8:45 PM.
