Guild War Reward Error

Hi,

So i've been doing guild war and when it finishes the rewards pop up right. the problem is when i click the icon to get my rewards i dont receive it, it shows that ive collected it since it pops up onto the chat thingy saying what ive won. When i tried refreshing the page, the 'you have reward' icon comes up again and when i tried clicking on it, i just dont receive the rewards. I tried it on another computer and this still happens, the icon keeps popping up but when i tried to collect it, it just doesnt work. i dont think the other people in my guild have the same problem.

the same thing started happening to me last night I get the icon everytime i refresh but it wont give me the rewards thats on top of reducing my power level , comon tynon I paid good money on this site lets get this fixed
